What is the Electricity Program?
The important field of electrical power and controls focuses on ensuring that electrical systems are installed and maintained correctly. From programming to troubleshooting, if you enjoy working with your hands and problem solving, this could be the career path for you.
Students in this program learn to Troubleshoot electrical, electro-mechanical and programmable/configurable, assemblies, systems, networks, and processes. They also learn to read diagrams, schematics, PLC program documentation, drawings, and technical literature in the design, installation, operation, while diagnosing machines, processes, systems, electrical, electromechanical, assemblies and wiring systems.
