Titan Access
Titan Access is Terra State Community College’s equitable access program. Powered by eCampus, Titan Access supplies eligible students with all required textbooks and course materials at a low, per-credit-hour price, significantly reducing the average student’s cost of materials. Eligible students are automatically enrolled at the time of course registration.
How it works:
- Students are automatically enrolled at the time of registration.
- All required course materials are delivered before the first day of class in various digital and print formats based on the instructor's choice.
- Physical books will need to be returned by the end of the semester.
- The Titan Access fee is automatically added to the Terra State Tuition and Fees bill.
