Drug and Alcohol Prevention Program (DAAPP)
The Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) of 2008, which reauthorized the Higher Education Act of 1965, requires Universities and Colleges to make available to Faculty, Staff, and Students a number of consumer notices and disclosures. These disclosures provide information about some of Terra State Community College's policies and procedures. These disclosures help guide life on campus and provide resources as you live and work on campus.
Terra State Community College complies with the Drug-Free Schools and Campuses Regulations by notifying annually all community members of the College's Drug and Alcohol Prevention Program (DAAPP). These policies are contained within the student, faculty, and staff handbooks as well as on the Campus Safety page of the Terra State Community Website. The DAAPP includes Terra State Community College's policies regarding the use of alcohol and other drugs in which each community member should be aware of and comply with.
