funding availability.
Students must complete a Terra State Foundation Scholarship Application to be considered.
You can complete the scholarship application here.
2. Eligibility
All new first-time students planning to enroll at Terra State Community College for
the Fall 2024 term may be considered for the Presidential Scholarship Program.
Readmit and New Transfer students will have the ability to take advantage of Foundation
Scholarships.
3. Tuition and Fees Coverage
This is a last-dollar scholarship that will be applied toward tuition and fees.
Applicants may qualify for additional scholarships (Athletic, Terra Foundation) but
will not be awarded institutional aid in excess of tuition and fees. Students can
only qualify for one scholarship (Founder’s, President’s or CCP) but will not be awarded
in excess of tuition and fees.

a cumulative GPA of 2.3 or higher each term.
Summer may be used an option but is not required when considering consecutive enrollment
terms.
5. FAFSA
The FAFSA must be filed every year in order to receive any of the scholarships noted.
6. Credit Hour Requirement
Students receiving the Presidential Scholarship must be enrolled in at least 9 credit
